Happy Mother's Day!

There are these boys that kind of stole my heart.
They call me mommy!
Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful mommies in my life.
I am very lucky to be surrounded by so many inspiring women.
Jason surprised GM and I with a family brunch at Hartefeld Country Club.
It was absolutely delicious and we had lots to celebrate.
We are truly blessed to have GM be such a huge part of our lives.
Words can't express how much I love, respect, and look up to my mom.
She has inspired me to be a great mom and the boys are completely obsessed with her!
Here are some other fun things we did this month.
Q only recently started drinking cold milk out of a cup.
He is still only a milk and water drinker.
Dancing around practicing his "moves" in the driveway.
I asked Q what new toys he would like for his birthday.
His response was,"Actually, I would just want some new flip flops please."
He is hysterical and totally my child:)
One of my favorite words he is into right now is "otherwise." He likes to explain things and give you the reasoning. So he has lots of opportunities to use this word.
How can you not LOVE this face!
We kicked off another beach season with a few weekends at the beach house.
The boys absolutely LOVE the sand.
Most days we are out by 11 and don't get off the beach until near 4!
The boys have been taking great naps mid day.
It has been extremely relaxing for all of us and makes us really look forward to the summer!
 Building sandcastles
We managed to get to the Greek Festival and were very proud of Quinn for going in the bouncy house for the first time. Although he is extremely silly and could be loud in familiar settings. He tends to be timid in new situations. After watching the kids bounce for a few minutes. He realized they weren't all going to get out so he could bounce by himself. We told him he could come right over to the net where we were standing. Although he mostly stayed right where we were he seemed to have had a blast.
Hudson on the other hand continues to be a complete ham!
It is funny to see the differences in their little personalities already.
Hudson is much more of a doer. He gets a sly look about him and charge!
 Notice his little farmer's tan!
Although the boys have very fair skin and I load them head to toe with spf 50 every 2 hours religiously, they have managed to get good little tans already:)
