Spring Break was awesome! We enjoyed lots of family time, got lots done around the house and had a few fun outings.
Unfortunately Hudson ran a fever for four days. It started Monday evening and by Friday morning was still going strong (100-102). Apparently he had the start of a double ear infection and a red throat (possible strep). He started antibiotics. Saturday woke up with a rash, poor baby is sleepy and wants to be held, hasn't been eating to much but still his happy little self.
We decided to take the kids to the aquarium to find Nemo!
Hudson went bonkers!
He loved petting the stingray and kept trying to grab their tails.
The little boy next to us is trying to show Hudson to only pet with two fingers.
Hud's response, "Haha, yeah right kid, I'm jumping in!"
It was Daddy's favorite part too;)
Our little fishy!
Jelly fish!
When we got home the boys were surprised with an Easter box from Gramps!
Thanks Gramps!!!
The next day GM & GP came to visit and we prepared for our Easter brunch.
Quinten and Grandpa colored the most beautiful eggs.
Notice the matching navy, fish shirts. When Q saw what GP was wearing he asked to put his fish shirt on so they can match. Too cute!
We wrapped our "carrot" silverware,
and set up our drink station
We told Q he had to take a picture before he opened his basket.
Bribery seems to be the only way to get him to pose lately:(
We invited a few neighbors over for an egg hunt.
Color coding the eggs was definitely a smart idea. The boys had so much fun finding their eggs and helping each other with their colors!
Best buds playing Don't Break the Ice or as we call it "Don't let Grandpa fall!"
Silly Baby!
A HUGE thank you to GM for putting together a delicious spread for all of us to enjoy!
Happy Easter to every bunny!
